Deidre Despaigne lends years of expertise to her work with the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities

While her career has been filled with standout moments, she takes the most pride in being a mother to her special needs children and devoting herself to her community.

Subsequently, she honed her professional knowledge by earning a master's degree in human behavior studies from Capella University in 2013. Driven to remain abreast of ongoing industry changes, Ms. Despaigne aligns herself with several organizations, including Leadership Orange, a leadership training program based in Orange County, New York.

In conjunction with her work, Ms. Despaigne contributes to her community as a fundraiser and member of the Pine Bush Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary. She also dedicates herself to those less fortunate as the director of operations for Siblings Keeper's Closet.
