Prior to founding Reber Recruiting & Consulting in 2021, Mrs. Gonzalez was part of the leadership team at Skyriver IT, where she served as Director of Human Resources. Earlier in her career, she held positions with Sciencell Research Laboratories, Firestart Creative Design Group, Clark Realty Capital, and Go-Staff, Inc.
Mrs. Gonzalez holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from Texas Tech University. In 2020, she achieved Acumatica's Cloud ERP certification in Marketing Operations.
When she is not at work, Mrs. Gonzalez can be found running and competing in long-distance races, especially marathons. Other hobbies include traveling the world with her husband, spoiling her incredible little angels (aka her dogs) at home, attending live music performances, and volunteering at numerous nonprofit organizations around San Diego and nationwide. On a personal note, she looks forward to welcoming their first baby boy in April of 2024 and then growing her family with a couple more children in the coming years. All this Mrs. Gonzalez plans on accomplishing while continuing to run her successful business of course!
