TUCSON, AZ, December 19, 2023 /24-7PressRelease/ -- William H. Draper, AIA, NCARB, has been included in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Mr. Draper is the owner and president of JSRa Architects, a one-hundred-percent Native American-owned architectural firm, who, as a Navajo descendant and architect, works to provide professional services to Native American Nations. While attending The University of Arizona, where he received a Bachelor of Architecture, he gained experience as a project manager, first at Burlini Silberschlag, Ltd, a position he held from 1996 until 2005, and then at Highton Company, where he provided health care design services. Since 2006, he has served as an architect and project manager at JSRa Architects.

For over 15 years, Mr. Draper has provided services and developed his craft, mainly focusing on the construction of health care facilities for Native American Nations. For his contributions to the company, he rose to the position of president and owner in 2018. Day to day, he oversees an office of over 12 employees and is hands-on with every project overseen by the office. He deals with all the client communications, the marketing and business development in order to attract more projects, and the construction of the building projects themselves.

In line with his profession, Mr. Draper holds several memberships with architecture-related organizations, including The American Institute of Architects (AIA), the Arizona Building Officials Southern Arizona Chapter of the International Code Council, the American Indian Science and Engineering Society, and the American Indian Council of Architects and Engineers. Moreover, he is certified through the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, one of his most notable achievements in his architectural career thus far.

In all he has pursued and accomplished, Mr. Draper attributes his success to the support of his family, as he is the first in his family to attend college and earn his degree. Looking forward, his goal is to receive the opportunity to complete more projects that will aid more indigenous individuals and communities worldwide, along with those he is already serving in Arizona, Utah, and New Mexico. In the next five to 10 years, Mr. Draper aims to earn his membership in the Project Management Institute, continue to run a successful business, and seek out a competent individual who can take over his roles at JSRa Architects as he prepares to enter into the next phase of his career and life.
