He earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the Polytechnic Institute of New York University. He has also accumulated relevant industry experience through distinguished appointments that include the role of Estimator with Eurostyle Wall Systems Inc. in 2011 and Superintendent with RC Dolner Construction from 2011 through 2013. Mr. D Honan continued his career as a project manager with Exterior Wall and Building Consultants/CRS-Group in 2013, where he excelled through 2016.
Mr. Honan's lengthy tenure with Hunter Roberts Construction Group began in 2016 when he accepted the title of Project Manager. In 2018, he progressed to the rank of Senior Project Manager before earning Project Executive in 2023. Notably, Mr. D Honan has also secured respected industry credentials including a Construction Superintendent license from the New York City Department of Buildings and the Construction Site Fire Safety Manager designation from the Fire Department of New York. Additionally, he completed the OSHA 40-hour construction safety program, and he holds a Real Estate Salesperson license from the New York State Department of Labor.

Mr. Honan lives in Dix Hills, with the love of his life, his wife Heather, and children Henry Anthony (5), Hazel Katherine (3), and his Angel Hunter Joseph (forever 19 months 19 days). Tragically the Honan family experienced the loss of their 19-month-old healthy vibrant boy to a sudden unexpected death, Mr. Honan found him in his crib on August 8th, 2023. Mr. Honan's continued support of his family and dedication to strive and move forward despite this tragedy, is what he considers his biggest accomplishment, and is most proud of. He dedicates his life to his son and commits to making sure his family is secure.
