Additionally, Ms. Kali founded Be GOOD Leadership Fundamentals in Woodbury and served as its executive director from 2006 to 2011.

Ms. Kali's business acumen was further demonstrated during her time as a strategic advisor for Best Buy for Business in Richfield, Minnesota, in 2007. Despite recovering from a brain injury, she concluded a $3.6 billion alignment with Best Buy Co., Inc. Ms. Kali also contributed her expertise as chief medical officer for the Nike Sprint Team from 2006 to 2007 and as a senior account executive for Magnetic Products and Services in Minneapolis from 2002 to 2006.
