Mr. Sahore is a leader in his field as the vice president of Royal Oak House, a fully licensed assisted living and memory care facility in Royal Oak, Michigan. Founded by his father and business partner, he serves as a second-generation executive who strives to continue the organization's legacy through his work. As part of his responsibilities, Mr. Sahore manages the daily operations and logistics of the facility, including staffing and costs and managing reports. He also focuses on ensuring that residents are receiving the utmost quality care.

Before joining the family business, Mr. Sahore was an account manager at Aptiv, a motor vehicle manufacturing company based in Ireland, from 2019 to 2020. He also worked for General Motors (GM) from 2013 to 2019, beginning as a product validation engineer and then as a senior product test specialist and algorithm development engineer. Moreover, Mr. Sahore was a Master of Business Administration consultant for The Entrepreneurs Academy in Dublin in 2017 and a co-op for American Axle & Manufacturing, a leading global automotive and mobility supplier, between 2008 and 2012.

He noted that his choice to pivot into this sector stems from his upbringing surrounded by the assisted living environment and his affinity for leading people. Despite the effort Mr. Sahore put into earning an engineering degree and the success he garnered, particularly with GM, while involved in launching new products for the automotive industry, he found little satisfaction in the technical aspects of the field.
Aside from his work-related interests, Mr. Sahore has been a volunteer tax filer with the Accounting Aid Society since 2014. He also volunteers at the Bharatiya Temple.
Highly educated, Mr. Sahore received a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Kettering University in 2012 and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan in 2018. He also holds certification through the Disney Institute and in design for Six Sigma Green and Black Belts.
