He invented a transaction processing technology for the hospitality industry that received a U.S. Patent.

Mr. Feldman's professional journey is marked by diverse experiences that span across various industries and roles. He imparted his knowledge of business services marketing as a faculty member at California State University, East Bay, where he taught at the undergraduate level, and Golden Gate University where he taught at the MBA level. His expertise also led him to serve as the vice president of marketing at Symphix, the first company that worked with Pacific Bell Telephone Company after the deregulation of the telephone industry, where he and his team were instrumental in developing communication technology for the deaf community.

Committed to education and personal development, Mr. Feldman served as the head counselor at two elementary schools in Livermore, California, and as an instructor teaching interpersonal relationships and personal growth at Chabot College in Hayward. Mr. Feldman's impact extends beyond business ventures. As a tournament bridge player, he represented the U.S. in the World Championships three times, and authored the book "Card Pro Bridge Bidding System," building upon the bridge bidding system he had collaborated on, which has now become widely adopted by half of the world's bridge players. The American Bridge Teachers Association recognized his book as a runner-up in the advanced category in 2019, highlighting his expertise and contributions to the bridge community. Additionally, Mr. Feldman served as the head of a professional bridge players' organization, where he collaborated with William Augustus Leonard, former president of CBS News, to organize successful corporate-sponsored tournaments.

Aligning with his multifaceted career, Mr. Feldman's dedication to bridge is evidenced by his association with numerous organizations. He is a member of the American Contract Bridge League, a permanent member of the National Goodwill Committee, and has served on both the National Conduct and Ethics Committee, and as a member of the National Marketing Committee.

The foundation of Mr. Feldman's achievements lies in his educational background. He earned a Master of Science in educational psychology from California State University, East Bay, in 1972, following a Bachelor of Arts in mass communications from the same institution.

Known for his contributions as a civic-minded citizen, Mr. Feldman successfully secured a grant for the Glaucoma Research Foundation to fund its newsletter, thereby supporting the organization's crucial efforts in raising awareness and disseminating information about glaucoma research and treatment. Moreover, for over two decades, he has served as one of the announcers for the Butter and Egg Parade, an annual event drawing crowds ranging from 25,000 to 35,000 people each year.

Building upon his professional accomplishments, Mr. Feldman's personal life is characterized by dedication and discipline. Outside of his professional endeavors, Mr. Feldman enjoys taking walks with his wife of over five decades and playing folk guitar. He is also a proud father to one daughter.
