As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

As a child, Mr. Malouf was an excessive talker, which earned him the nickname of "little litigator," from his grandparents. Over the years, the moniker remained and became the inspiration for his future professional endeavors. After coming to the United States at the age of 15 and graduating from the Miami Aerospace Academy (high school), he joined the University of Miami R.O.T.C. Program where he graduated as a Second Lieutenant and served with the 3d Battalion of the 11th Special Forces Group (Airborne), U.S. Army Reserves following his graduations from Miami Dade Community College with an Associate of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida International University.

In the ensuing years, Mr. Malouf furthered his education, earning a JD from Howard University's School of law, cum laude, and a Master of Laws degree (LLM) from the prestigious Georgetown University Law Center. He has also published an article on the Howard University Law Journal entitled "Apartment for Rent: Rights Included." While a student at Howard University Law School and years thereafter, Mr. Malouf spoke to thousands of CloseUp Foundation students during their visit to Washington about the U.S. Constitution and the U.S. Supreme Court. Upon earning his law degree, Mr. Malouf joined the prestigious K Street law firm of Koonz McKenney Johnson & DePaolis LLP where he remained for five years to later open his own firm.

Upon graduation, Mr. Malouf also became licensed to practice in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia where he became a member of each state's Bar Associations. Backed by his considerable expertise, he excels as an attorney with the eponymous Malouf & Associates, where he handles civil cases including personal injury and workers compensation claims as well as various other constitutional law cases before State and Federal courts. Through his private practice, Mr. Malouf successfully sued the White House.

Due to his vast breadth of knowledge, Mr. Malouf has contributed to NBC Universal Telemundo News, reading and analyzing legal decisions as they are announced and printed, and contributing to coverage of the decisions by the United States Supreme Court. Similarly, Mr. Malouf has consistently spoken on issues related to law on numerous radio stations in the Washington Metropolitan Area and on his show "Knowing Your Rights," which has made a significant impact on the Hispanic community, by explaining the legal and political issues that affect immigrants. Throughout his career, Mr. Malouf has also served as an on-air contributor on Telemundo, Univision, CNN en Espanol, Aljazeera, NTN24, and many more.

Driven to remain abreast of changes in the field, Mr. Malouf has aligned himself with such organizations as the Hispanic National Bar Association and the Local Hispanic Bar Association. Outside of his work, he dedicates himself to those less fortunate through the Autism Research Institute, he has served on the Board of the Catholic Youth Organizations, and for 22 years, organized and sponsored a Holiday celebration and toys for those in need in the Hispanic Community in the Washington Metropolitan Area reaching over 5,000 children per event. For his efforts, he earned a recognition from the governor at the time, Martin O' Malley who attended the Event and presented the Recognition in person.

In light of his professional achievements, Mr. Malouf has also received numerous American Jurisprudence Awards by the legal publisher West for reaching the highest grades in Constitutional Law, Civil Procedure, Commerce Law, Uniform Commercial Code, and Contracts, and he was also the recipient Howard University Merit Scholarship for his high achievements as a student. While his career has been filled with highlights, he takes the most pride in raising a son with autism and catering to the underserved in his community. Though hard work and dedication have brought him far in his career, he credits his success to his passion for the law and his ability to work well with other attorneys. Looking ahead, Mr. Malouf intends to improve his communication skills on television and radio.
