A native of India, Mr. Mehrotra earned a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Banaras Engineering College in 1960. After immigrating to the United States in 1970, and already familiar with the control systems active in America, he pursued diverse paths, including graduate work; ultimately, he earned a Master of Science in management studies from the prestigious Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in 1976. Mr. Mehrotra also boasts a significant breadth of important industry credentials, including the certified geothermal designer designation, granted by the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and Mr. Mehrotra is qualified as a professional engineer in the states of Indiana, Illinois, Ohio and Wisconsin.
