In 2014, he was named managing director of MTN Capital Partners, LLC, and he quickly transitioned into his current role with the group as an advisory board member. He has concurrently served as a managing partner in Green Lane Partners, LLC and as director of RSR Consulting, LLC. Mr. Manasse is noted as an expert in business turnarounds, and he has led numerous companies, including a food processing company where he sat on the board, back to profitability and long-term viability by working with executives, investors, and creditors.
In 2015, Mr. Manasse joined Sunrise Solar Solutions, LLC as a partial owner through his private equity firm. Sunrise Solar Solutions is a growing solar energy company driving change and utilization of renewable energy sources, and as an operating partner in the company, Mr. Manasse has had a significant role in streamlining operations and improving efficiency. As a part of his commitment to promoting sustainability in his ventures, Mr. Manasse is a longtime mentor for Cleantech Open, a clean technology startup accelerator, and as co-president of the Federated Conservationists of Westchester County, New Rochelle's ENRAC sustainability board and a past member of New Castle NY sustainability board where he was instrumental in passing their leaf blower law.
