Upon retiring from the military to establish his civilian career, Mr. Frankie became the senior adviser for Horseshoe Group, Inc., where he liaised with Chinese partners to acquire and build water and wastewater projects in the People's Republic of China, thus making a global impact. Subsequently, he honed his financial expertise as principal of Horseshoe Funding, Inc. before joining OpCon Technologies, Inc. As the vice president of knowledge transfer and a board member, Mr. Frankie oversaw the web-based Software as a Service (SaaS), KnowledgeKeeper, which allows for the quick transfer of operational knowledge from one party to another.

Backed by his considerable expertise, Mr. Frankie leveraged his expertise in program management, coaching, human resources, risk management, and more through executive search firms, including McF Associates LLC, which specializes in retained executive search consulting, interim executive placement, and interim energy technical talent placement. A seasoned business executive, coach, and public speaker, he excels as the founder and chief executive officer of JFIII Associates. Since establishing the company in 2017, he has coached and mentored nearly 730 executives, veterans, and students on utilizing LinkedIn and their resumes to achieve their desired professional outcomes. Additionally, JFIII Associates provides executive coaching, branding, and talent consulting services for the energy, technology, engineering, defense, aerospace, and environmental sectors.
