Mr. Redder, a seasoned professional with more than 25 years of experience in the construction and engineering industries, currently holds the title of construction manager at McDonald's. In this role, he oversees real estate development and construction for new stores in the Vicenza sealed office, which covers the East Coast region from South New Jersey to northern North Carolina, including Pennsylvania, Delaware, West Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia and most of North Carolina down to Charlotte. He manages a team of area construction managers, collaborates closely with real estate partners and handles various aspects of new restaurant development, from entitlement and permitting to construction and closeout.

Mr. Redder's career journey has been marked by significant milestones. He began his tenure at McDonald's as an area construction manager in 2021 and was promoted to construction manager in 2023. This promotion was achieved within just two years, a notable accomplishment given that it typically requires three years with the company. His earlier roles include senior mechanical engineer at CS Consulting Engineers Inc. from 2018 to 2021 and mechanical engineer at CRB from 2016 to 2018. In addition to his current role, he has served as the managing principal at BK Development Group LLC and Isaac Engineering LLC since 2016.

Mr. Redder's extensive experience also includes serving as a senior associate at GHT from 2007 to 2016, project engineer at General Dynamics Information Technology Inc. from 2005 to 2007 and mechanical engineer at CECA LLC from 2001 to 2005. He began his career as a manufacturing engineer at O'Neal Steel from 1998 to 2000. Throughout his career, he has been involved in several high-profile projects, including the George Mason University dining hall, multiple Marriott hotels and high-rise apartment condo buildings in the Bethesda market.

A 1997 graduate of North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Mr. Redder attributes his success to his strong commitment to diligence and collaboration. He believes that his work ethic was shaped during his upbringing, while his ability to work well in a team developed throughout his career. His college experiences, particularly in group projects, played a significant role in understanding the dynamics and psychology of effective teamwork.

Mr. Redder is also an active member of industry-related organizations such as the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) and has received several awards throughout his career, including Rookie of the Year at McDonald's and Young Engineers recognition from ASHRAE. Additionally, he is involved with civic-minded organizations like Ronald McDonald House Charities, reflecting his commitment to giving back to the community.

Outside of his professional life, Mr. Redder enjoys golfing and bowling. Looking ahead, he plans to complete an MBA program and continue guiding his team toward success in their market and throughout their entire system. His long-term goal is to nurture his team's growth in whatever direction they choose, equipping them with the necessary skills to potentially take over his position or even surpass it one day.

Mr. Redder also aspires to further develop his entrepreneurial spirit. He previously owned a consulting business focused on engineering, construction and project management under the name BK Development Group. Although he has temporarily set this business aside due to his transition to McDonald's, he occasionally manages small projects or offers guidance for home renovations. At present, the business serves more as a hobby, but he endeavors to keep it active in the future.
