YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, NY, January 22, 2025 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Timothy Krawetz has been included in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Backed by years of expertise in engineering, healthcare design, and green building, Mr. Krawetz excels as the head of the healthcare design practice, head of the New York healthcare group, and vice president at Syska Hennessy Group. In this capacity, he oversees various projects in coordination with the group's New Jersey, DC, Dallas, Los Angeles, San Diego, Charlotte, Atlanta, Orange County, San Francisco, and Shanghai offices. Throughout his career, Mr. Krawetz was the principal in charge for the construction of more than 100 ICU COVID beds at North Central Bronx Hospital; the project included air handling units, exhaust fans, power feeders, medical air and vacuum pumps, an upgraded O2 farm, fire alarms, and more to cover a 72,000 square foot space.

During the early stages of his career, Mr. Krawetz gained valuable expertise in the field as a partner with Caretsky and Associates, senior associate for Meyer, Strong and Jones, and as an associate with Edwards and Zuck, PC. An expert in his field, he earned a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Manhattan College in 1986. Subsequently, Mr. Krawetz expanded his knowledge by becoming a licensed professional engineer and an LEED accredited professional.

Driven to remain abreast of changes in the field, Mr. Krawetz aligns himself with the American Society for Health Care Engineering. In conjunction with his work, he is an assistant scout master for the Boy Scouts of America. For his professional achievements, he has been honored many times, earning the ACEC Platinum Award from North Central Bronx Hospital, the ENR Award of Merit from Mount Sinai St. Luke's Hospital, the ACEC Gold Award for his work on Danbury Hospital, and the ACED Diamond Award for his work on the University Medical Center of Princeton at Plainsboro, which has been one of the highlights of his career.

While his career has been filled with standout moments, including the ones mentioned above, Mr. Krawetz takes the most pride in creating the LEED Silver-certified Natural History Museum of the Adirondacks, which features a room that recreates all four seasons. Though hard work and dedication have brought him far in his career, he credits his success to his fear and insecurities, which drove him to work harder than others. Looking ahead, Mr. Krawetz intends to train more people to ensure the industry's continuity after his retirement.
