Day to day, Mr. Allgood's responsibilities include team building, strategic planning and implementation, which have significantly contributed to exceptional sales growth.

At the beginning of his career, Mr. Allgood worked with Ferguson Enterprises, where he held the position of president's circle outside sales from 1999 to 2009. During that time, he honed his skills in sales and customer relationship management, earning recognition for his outstanding performance--including the President's Circle Award in 2008. In 2009, he joined Viking Group Inc. as a president's club territory manager, a role he held until 2018. At Viking Group, Mr. Allgood received several accolades, including the Sales Leadership Award in 2017 and the Viking Big Horn Award in 2010.

After his success at Viking Group, Mr. Allgood transitioned to Zurn Industries in 2018, where he first contributed as a senior business development manager. His exemplary performance led to his promotion to director of fire in 2019 and subsequently to director of fire and waterworks in 2020. In 2024, he assumed the role of director at Zurn Elkay Water Solutions for Texas and the South-Central United States. Throughout his tenure at Zurn Industries thus far, Mr. Allgood has been instrumental in developing and executing sales strategies that have driven significant growth.

As a result of his career focus, Mr. Allgood has been an active member of several industry-related organizations, including both the Mergers and Acquisitions Business Brokers of Florida and the Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches since 2013. Previously, he served as a System for Award Management board member for the Florida Fire Sprinkler Association from 2012 to 2013. Today, Mr. Allgood remains affiliated with the National Fire Sprinkler Association and the American Society of Plumbing Engineers.

Educationally, Mr. Allgood holds both an Associate of Arts in business administration and management, which he received from Broward College in 1996, and a Bachelor of Science in marketing from Louisiana State University, which he obtained in 1999. Specifically, he attributes his success to the lessons learned from his swimming career: that dedication and hard work as key factors in achieving one's goals. Ultimately, the discipline Mr. Allgood acquired through swimming translated into academic achievements and allowed him to attend Louisiana State University on a scholarship.

Looking ahead, Mr. Allgood aims to fulfill his responsibilities as a leader at Zurn across Texas and the South-Central U.S. while enhancing his leadership skills across various domains, and he envisions building an extensive network of connections to support his professional journey in subsequent years. Beyond his career and professional life, he is actively involved with United Way and sees his focus eventually shifting toward prioritizing his family above all else, as this goal aligns with his core values, which have guided pivotal career transitions throughout his life.
