Before founding NorthLine Surveying Inc., Mr. Gullikson was the survey and machine control manager at Interwest Construction Inc. in Burlington, Washington, from 2016 to 2017. In this capacity, he managed survey operations and implemented machine control systems for construction projects. Earlier, Mr. Gullikson' found success as a survey party chief at Obunco Engineering in Kent, Washington, between 2011 and 2016, where he led teams in conducting detailed surveys for engineering projects. He worked as a surveyor and party chief at White Shield Inc. from 2007 to 2011, helping solidify his reputation in the field.

Mr. Gullikson graduated with a degree in general studies from Western Washington University in 2004. Highly qualified in his industry, he garnered a professional land surveyor license in Washington, which has been instrumental in his career success.

As part of his continued success, Mr. Gullikson is a member of the Land Surveyors' Association of Washington and the National Society of Professional Surveyors. These memberships reflect his commitment to professional development and adherence to industry standards.
