An expert in his field, Dr. Lartevi prepared for a career in medicine by earning a bachelor's degree in biology with a minor in chemistry from Towson University. Subsequently, he expanded his professional knowledge by completing an MD at Virginia Commonwealth University's School of Medicine, a family medicine residency at Georgetown University's School of Medicine, and a hospice and palliative medicine fellowship at Virginia Tech's Carilion School of Medicine. Additionally, Dr. Lartevi became licensed to practice in Kansas, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Pennslyvania, and the District of Columbia.

Dr. Lartevi's commitment to professional development is unwavering. He aligns himself with the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Medical Association, ensuring he remains abreast of changes in the field.
