Beginning his career journey in 2005, Mr. Nair was a productivity improvement engineer and manufacturing consultant at Sandvik Coromant. Following graduate school at Dartmouth, Mr. Nair joined Keystone Strategy as a strategy consultant in early 2010, before moving to Opera Solutions as a strategy and operations consultant, where he worked until 2012. He then further solidified his foundation in consulting during his tenure at PriceWaterhouse Coopers (PwC) in New York.

In 2013, Mr. Nair joined Mitchell Madison Group, a boutique firm based in the U.S. with locations across Europe and Asia, as an engagement manager. He progressed to senior engagement manager by 2015, rose to partner in 2017 and served as the chief operating officer from 2019 to 2020. This experience was significant in developing Mr. Nair's approach to delivering client value while focusing on growing a boutique business. Mr. Nair joined Oliver Wyman as a Partner in January of 2021 and has since gone from strength to strength.

Mr. Nair holds a bachelor's degree in manufacturing and mechanical engineering, a Master of Engineering Management degree in Strategy and Operations, as well as a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics from Dartmouth College. Mr. Nair is a language enthusiast, proficient in eight languages. He is currently learning Japanese and Russian, showing his commitment to continuous personal development.

Complementing his work, Mr. Nair enjoys civic involvement with organizations such as the Freemasons and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
