Besides his full-time career endeavors, Mr. Roberson became actively involved with the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives, of which he has been a member since 1991. He has also been instrumental as the president of its Central Virginia chapter from 1994 to 2018. Mr. Roberson's success is deeply rooted in the values and discipline acquired during his military service. He attributes many of his career accomplishments to his oath of office while serving in the U.S. Air Force, which continues to guide his actions and decisions today. Looking ahead, Mr. Roberson aims to remain actively involved with political parties.
