Over the years, she advanced through various roles within the organization, including senior clinical consultant, vice president of clinical services, vice president of MDS policy and education, and senior vice president of clinical policy and education.

In addition to her professional achievements, Ms. Cantinieri's educational background has been instrumental in her success. She earned a Master of Business Administration in data analytics from Louisiana State University Shreveport in 2019 and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wright State University in 1995.

Her impressive list of certifications include medical documentation professional from the American Institute of Healthcare Compliance; several certifications from AAPCN, including director of nursing services, QAPI certified professional, and resident assessment coordinator, advanced, and master teacher; and certification in healthcare compliance from the Compliance Certification Board. Additionally, she holds NYS SCREEN certification and is patient review instrument certified by the New York State Department of Health, and she is a registered professional nurse from the New York Division of Professional Licensure.

Her expertise is further recognized through her membership in several industry-related organizations, including Sigma Iota Epsilon, the Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society, the National Association of Directors of Nursing Administration of Long-Term Care, the Health Care Compliance Association, and the American Institute of Healthcare Compliance. Her dedication to her field is also evident through her involvement with the the American Association of Post-Acute Care Nursing, including her role with its awards committee since 2023.

Outside her professional life, Ms. Cantinieri is a devoted mother to three children and an avid reader. She attributes her success to the unwavering support she received from her own mother; this strong foundation has fueled her determination to achieve her goals. Looking ahead, she plans to pursue additional certification in auditing while maintaining her current certifications.
