Ms. Crawford's earlier career successes included her role as the Head of Integrated Marketing at Rational Interaction in Seattle between 2018 and 2019. From 2013 to 2018, she was the Group Director of Marketing Sciences at POSSIBLE in Seattle, where she was instrumental in leading the organization to gain 25% revenue growth. Ms. Crawford's foundational experience was built at The Seattle Times between 1999 and 2013, where she spent over a decade working in audience insights, data operations, and marketing analytics; where she developed her passion for business intelligence and building data driven organizations.

Highly educated, Ms. Crawford received her master's degree in communication from the University of Washington, following a Bachelor's degree from UW, and an associate degree in science from North Seattle College. These educational achievements have been instrumental in her success in her STEM career.

Ms. Crawford's unwavering dedication to civic engagement is clearly demonstrated through her active participation in local organizations. Since 2015, she has served as a communications and events coordinator for Backyard Wildlife Habitat.
