Ms. Gibbs's educational background includes a diploma in early childhood education from Shortwood Teachers College in 2004 and a Bachelor of Science in education from Western Carolina University in 2008. She also pursued coursework toward the Master of Business Administration program at Louisiana State University Shreveport in 2017 and pre-registered nursing at Walla Walla Community College in 2018-2019. Ms. Gibbs's additional credentials include holding an insurance producer life and health license from Kaplan Career Institute-Harrisburg in 2021 and being a certified Intuitive Medical Healing Practitioner through Awake in 2021.

Ms. Gibbs's commitment to community service is demonstrated through her long-standing involvement with the American Red Cross as part of the Northwest Disaster Action Team Service since 2013. This civic engagement reflects her dedication to helping others beyond her professional endeavors.
