Her company specializes in treating medical waste and composite bonding for the aerospace industry, as well as vulcanized tire, rubber and glass lamination. Prior to her role at Bondtech Corporation, Ms. Brown founded International Marketing Specialist in 1983. The company initially focused on the sales of used autoclave systems before expanding into new products. Her strategic vision and ability to identify market opportunities have been instrumental in the company's success. Additionally, she serves as president of Grupo Brocal in Guatemala, the vice president of Gator Made Trailers and has been leading the Somerset Foundation since 2001, where she dedicates her efforts to helping marginalized communities in Guatemala, Romania and Mexico.

Ms. Brown started her career at Wagner Electric, where she worked as a bilingual secretary before being promoted to sales coordinator. She later joined Tiffany Industries from 1976 to 1983, where she played a crucial role in debt collection efforts from Nigeria. Her experience at these companies laid the foundation for her entrepreneurial ventures and deepened her understanding of international business dynamics.

Her academic background includes a bachelor's degree in business administration and management with a minor in Spanish from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, completed in 1987. She also holds a business secretarial degree from Liceo Secretarial Bilingüe in Guatemala, earned in 1972. These educational achievements have equipped Ms. Brown with the skills necessary to navigate complex business environments and expand her enterprises globally.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Ms. Brown is actively involved in civic organizations. She is the board chair for the Somerset Foundation, a missions director and board member for Outreach for Jesus and a board member for the Nicky Cruz Foundation. Her past service includes membership on the Pulaski Chamber of Commerce board and the Citizens National Bank advisory board.

Ms. Brown's contributions have been recognized with several awards. The Pulaski Chamber of Commerce honored her with a Community Service Award in 2023 and a Women in Business award in 2010, while Pulaski County officials presented her with the Pulaski County Colonels Award in 2022. She received the 2008 Woman of the Year in Business award from the American Biographical Institute and was recognized by TOPS as an outstanding woman for her business acumen and success. Additionally, she was a Who's Who Worldwide honoree in 1993 and 1994. Ms. Brown is also an author, having published "Living to Love and Learn" in 2021.

Outside of her career, Ms. Brown cherishes time with her family. She also enjoys writing and previously engaged in scuba diving.
