Mr. Starobinsky's career also included a significant tenure at Accenture, a leading global professional services company, from 2019 to 2024 as the global capability and platform lead for metadata, data catalogs and lineage. Through his extensive work with energy companies, life sciences, government, and financial organizations with Accenture, he has empowered companies to deliver better services to consumers.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Starobinsky excelled as an informationist strategist at Knowledgent between 2018 and 2019 and as an executive director of risk architecture at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from 2015 to 2018. He was also the director of data governance at UBS between 2014 and 2015 and a subject matter advisor in data analytics and architecture at Broadridge from 2013 to 2014. Mr. Starobinsky's extensive experience in financial institutions is further highlighted by his positions at RBS Citizens Group, Citigroup, EMC, Thomson Reuters, GoldenSource, Morgan Stanley, and Deutsche Bank between 1999 and 2013.

Mr. Starobinsky's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) in finance from Thomas Edison State University in 2009. His commitment to continuous learning is evident through numerous certifications, including as a non-executive director portfolio board advisor through LinkExec – Connectd, in generative AI fundamentals from Databricks, generative AI for business leaders from Google, and AI fundamentals from IBM in 2024.
