Hailing from a storied career that spans nearly 25 years, Ms. Brinkerhoff is a distinguished expert in environmental health and safety, sustainability, compliance and auditing. Currently serving as a partner at The ERM International Group Limited, she plays a pivotal role in connecting various service areas and geographies to ensure coordinated account and revenue growth for the organization. She also collaborates with different business units across North America to understand client needs and determine how to resource and deliver solutions effectively. Her expertise is further recognized through her active membership in the American Society of Safety Professionals, the National Safety Council and the Board of Certified Safety Professionals.

Prior to reaching her current role, Ms. Brinkerhoff made a lasting impact as a managing consultant and the EHS practice director at ALL4 from 2020 to 2024. During this time, she successfully built a new practice from the ground up, doubling its revenue growth and mentoring junior staff. Her career also includes significant roles such as regional environmental engineer at Amazon Web Services from 2019 to 2020 and senior environmental scientist and project manager in the air quality practice at AECOM from 2016 to 2019. Her tenure at AECOM saw her recognized with the Star Award for her outstanding contributions.

Ms. Brinkerhoff's earlier positions include environmental manager at E.E. Cruz in 2015 to 2016 and president and environmental health and safety consultant at HB Consulting LLC from 2012 to 2015. She began her career journey as an environmental coordinator at Yanke Energy, followed by roles as an air quality inspector at Monterey Bay Unified Air Pollution Control District and an environmental compliance specialist in air quality at the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality. She then became an environmental health and safety manager at NAES from 2006 to 2012. Inspired by the memory of her late mother, she maintains a strong desire to make a positive impact on her community and society at large through every position she holds.

Ms. Brinkerhoff's success in environmental health and safety stems from her academic background, which includes a Bachelor of Arts in environmental studies with honors from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2001. To augment her qualifications, she is certified as a safety professional (CSP) by the Board of Certified Safety Professionals and completed the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA) certificate program at University of California, Berkeley Extension. Her steadfast dedication to safety has been recognized with best safety awards at various power plants.

Known for her contributions as a civic-minded citizen, Ms. Brinkerhoff is actively involved in organizations such as The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society® as a fundraiser. She also participated in triathlons, half marathons and century bike rides for various charities, giving both her time and effort to aid humanitarian causes.

Born in Westlake Village, CA, Ms. Brinkerhoff is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys traveling, snowboarding, road cycling, hiking and spending time with her two children. Looking to the future, she desires more flexibility to balance her work endeavors with her family life. Additionally, she is considering taking on a teaching role to inspire others in her field through community college or volunteer work.
