For the preceding six years, she held dual roles as vice president of marketing strategy and analytics and vice president of eCommerce at the same firm.
Before joining Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Ms. Ono spent over a decade at Deloitte from 2003 to 2015. She began her career there as a strategy consulting and business analyst before transitioning to customer strategy and marketing operations consulting. Her time at Deloitte was marked by significant contributions to client projects and the development of her analytical and creative skills, which have been crucial to her success. Additionally, various mentors during this tenure played a significant role in shaping her professional journey and success.
In 2008, Ms. Ono worked in international business development at The Walt Disney Company, where she gained valuable experience in global market expansion. Earlier in her career, she was involved in brand management at Ford Motor Company, further honing her expertise in marketing and brand strategy.
Ms. Ono's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration in marketing and strategic management from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, earned in 2009. She also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in business administration and a Bachelor of Arts in rhetoric from the University of California, Berkeley Haas School of Business, both obtained in 2003.
In her personal life, Ms. Ono enjoys spending quality time with her family. She is also involved in civic organizations and engaged in pro bono consulting work.
