As the president and director of the Center for Adolescent Research and Education (CARE) in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, he has been instrumental in developing programs and teaching initiatives focusing on adolescent research and education since 2010. His expertise extends to public relations, motivational speaking, community outreach and nonprofit management, making him a respected authority in these areas.

Mr. Wallace's career is marked by significant leadership roles. Since 1995, he has served as the chief executive officer of Summit Communications Management Corporation in Palm Beach Gardens. His tenure as resident camp director and director of counseling and counselor training at a New England summer camp from 1987 to 2019 was particularly impactful, as he directed one of the country's most extensive summer teen leadership programs. Additionally, he was chairman and chief executive officer at SADD, Inc. from 1995 to 2011, where he played a pivotal role in reducing deaths among young people.

Mr. Wallace's earlier career includes serving as vice president at M.L. Strategies, LLC - Mintz, Levin in Boston from 1995 to 1998. Prior to that, he was undersecretary of economic affairs for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts from 1993 to 1995 and assistant secretary of consumer affairs and business regulation from 1991 to 1993. These roles underscore his extensive experience in public service and private sector leadership.

Mr. Wallace's academic achievements have significantly contributed to his professional success. He earned a Master of Science from Bucknell University with magna cum laude honors in 1984 and a Bachelor of Arts in communications, business and psychology from Susquehanna University with cum laude honors in 1981. He also pursued continuing education in psychology at Pennsylvania State University's Hershey Medical Center and completed coursework at the Institute for Ethical Leadership at St. Thomas University in Miami.

In addition to his professional endeavors, Mr. Wallace is actively involved in civic organizations. He is a consultant through StephenGrayWallace.com and a trustee of the Stephen Gray Wallace Foundation in West Palm Beach. His commitment to community service further demonstrates his sponsorship of local charities. He is a member of the professional development faculty for American Academy of Family Physicians and a former trustee of the American Academy of Family Physicians Foundation.
