Additionally, she is responsible for developing a loyalty program aimed at increasing customer retention and engagement within the golf industry. Her expertise in cleaning up and redeveloping problem departments has been instrumental in her success, earning her respect and trust in a male-dominated field.

Prior to stepping into her current position, Ms. Nielsen served as the director of global supply chain at PXG from 2020 to 2022. During that time, she transformed the operations and supply chain sectors by modernizing and digitizing processes to ensure full end-to-end visibility. This initiative included certifying secondary factories to manufacture products in case of disruptions, which prevents long recovery times—a critical achievement given the limited number of factories in the golf industry.

Ms. Nielsen's contributions to PXG also include serving as the director of operations from 2017 to 2020, a position in which she honed her skills in managing complex operational challenges. Before that, she was the customer service manager from 2015 to 2017, a position in which she developed a keen understanding of customer needs and expectations. Before joining PXG, she began her career as an assistant golf professional at Ancala Country Club from 2014 to 2015 and at Starfire Golf Club from 2012 to 2015, where she cultivated her passion for the sport.

Along with her industry experience, Ms. Nielsen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Grand Canyon University. Coupled with her degree, her strong work ethic and dedication, instilled from a young age by her hardworking family, have been pivotal in her career achievements. As she has ascended the ranks in the sports industry, her know-how and ability to earn respect and trust have significantly contributed to her success. Looking forward, Ms. Nielsen is considering furthering her education with programs like the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's chief operating officer program and Wartburg's Women's Executive Program, as she aims for future growth within her company and ultimately aspires to become chief operating officer one day.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Ms. Nielsen is actively involved with civic-minded organizations that give back to the community and complement her passion for golf, such as PGA Hope and Folds of Honor. She is also passionate about crocheting, often creating amigurumi—stuffed animals and other crafts—which she donates to Phoenix Children's Hospital annually. In her personal life, Ms. Nielsen is dedicated to growing the game of golf, particularly among children and women. Together with her spouse, Jeremy, she is brainstorming ways to make golf more accessible to young people despite its expense.
