Mr. Flanagan and his co-founders were frustrated with inflated prices after looking for a trade show booth of their own within the United States. This international firm specializes in modular trade show booths, encapsulating store experiences and large-scale convention setups. With offices in the United States, Germany, Turkiye and the United Arab Emirates, Exhibit Creators continues to expand globally under his vision. Before his entrepreneurial ventures, Mr. Flanagan held key roles at Stanley Black & Decker Inc., serving as market manager from 2017 to 2019 after being promoted quickly from sales coordinator. His professional corporate work also includes internships at Capital One, Boscov's Department Store LLC, and WSFS Bank, which gave him early exposure to retail management and financial services.

Mr. Flanagan graduated in 2016 from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware, earning a bachelor's degree in marketing and finance along with a minor in international business. He is also a class of 2012 alumnus of Salesianum School in Wilmington, Delaware.
