Additionally, she was a manager and certified learning coach at Red Robin from 2013 to 2015, where she developed essential leadership skills.

Ms. Duguay's academic background includes a bachelor's degree in communications and journalism from Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts, which she earned in 2013. This education laid the foundation for her successful career in marketing and communications. She attributes much of her success to the incredible individuals she has encountered throughout her journey who have provided guidance and support. She also credits the idea of "doing it scared." Although she has been anxious when encountering situations where she lacks experience, Ms. Duguay relies on her knowledge and personality to overcome challenges.

Outside her professional life, Ms. Duguay enjoys reading, writing, drawing, walking her dog, and watching sports on television and in person. Born on Long Island, she has always had a passion for sports branding and aims to elevate the Abilene Flying Bison to a prominent global brand. Her ambitious goals include increasing the fan base to one hundred thousand people and helping lead the team to a championship victory.
