His entry into the real estate profession was inspired by the legacy established by his grandmother, who has been a realtor for nearly five decades. The family business expanded in the mid-1990s when his father and uncle joined, creating a strong foundation for Mr. Johns's career. His background in logistics at Honeywell and title processing provided him with essential skills that he later applied in real estate.

Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Johns is actively involved with West Side Family Church, where he is particularly connected to initiatives on suicide prevention—a cause that drives his passion for community service. In recognition of his efforts and contributions, he was honored as one of the "40 Under 40" people in Kansas City in 2024, an accolade he considers one of his most notable achievements.

Outside his career, Mr. Johns enjoys playing pickleball, meeting with friends and participating in Bible study sessions.
