Bringing more than two decades of experience to his current role, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic acumen as the senior vice president of sales at Sourceability, where he manages global sales and mentors vice presidents across the organization's Asian-Pacific, European and North American regions. He also oversees the strategy and sales teams and handles hiring, growth initiatives, internal improvements and customer relationships.

Prior to reaching his current position at Sourceability, Mr. Pucci was the company's vice president of sales for original equipment manufacturer (OEM) accounts from 2016 to 2022. During this time, he played a pivotal role in its expansion by contributing to an impressive increase in sales from $15 million in 2015 to $1 billion by 2023.

Before joining Sourceability, Mr. Pucci held several key positions during a decade-long tenure at Velocity Electronics Corp., including director of sales for the Americas from 2014 to 2016. As the general manager for Velocity Electronics Asia from 2012 to 2014, he successfully revitalized a challenging regional location in Singapore and made it profitable within two years. Previously, he honed his skills as a sales manager from 2010 to 2012, a global account manager from 2007 to 2010 and a strategic account manager from 2004 to 2007. Prior to entering the corporate world, he founded and oversaw Computer Bytes LLC from 2002 to 2004, a computer business he started during college that remains operated by friends.

Mr. Pucci's academic endeavors laid a strong foundation for his successful career in sales and manufacturing. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Angelo State University in 2004.

To commemorate his accomplishments, Mr. Pucci has been recognized with accolades such as the ACE Award for Outstanding Sales Achievement in 2010 and excellence awards in both 2006 and 2009 from Velocity Electronics Corp. He attributes his success to consistency and hard work, emphasizing the importance of utilizing creativity in overcoming challenges and finding solutions.

In his personal life, Mr. Pucci enjoys traveling with his family, gardening and serving as an elder at his church. He is also a leukemia survivor who provides new leukemia patients with his contact information should they wish to reach out for support and understanding. Looking to the future, he plans to continue growing within his role and hopes to move into a chief operating officer position. His goal is to manage various departments on a larger scale by drawing on his extensive experience gained from managing operations in Asia.
