Since 2014, Ms. MacArthur has been the vice president and senior branch manager at Peoples Security Bank and Trust Company (formerly First National Community Bank). In this capacity, she handles customer accounts and lending services with a focus on mergers. She also manages customer complaints.

Ms. MacArthur's educational background includes completing college coursework in education at Marywood University. She attributes her success to her family's influence, particularly her mother's strength and determination during challenging times. Additionally, the chief executive officer of Peoples Security Bank and Trust Company, Jerry Champi, played a pivotal role by encouraging her to continue working as long as it remained enjoyable.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Ms. MacArthur is actively involved in civic organizations. She serves as a fundraiser for the Mary Mother of God Parish and is a past president of the Kiwanis Club of Scranton. Her volunteer work extends to St. Joseph's Center, the North Scranton Food Pantry, the Saint Francis Kitchen and the Griffin Pond Animal Shelter.

In light of her success, Ms. MacArthur earned a Service Award from First National Community Bank for 35 years of commitment to the institution. However, her most notable achievement was overcoming various barriers to advance in what was a male-dominated industry by becoming an assistant vice president in 2000. This milestone marked a significant accomplishment in her career.
