Since assuming this role in 2021, he has been at the forefront of development and strategy, focusing on innovation within the company's portfolio. Prior to his current role, Mr. Masson was the chief executive officer at Adient Aerospace in Huntington Beach, California, from 2020 to 2021. Concurrently, he also served as a Boeing executive sponsor at Cranfield University in England from 2018 to 2021. His tenure at Boeing includes stints as director of engineering for modifications and freighter conversions for one year and director of interior modifications and seating for inflight entertainment and connectivity for three years. He also contributed to CDG, a Boeing Company, from 2007 to 2016, with roles including executive vice president engineering, product leader and managing director, managing director and 787 UK operations director.

Mr. Masson's tenure with CDG includes serving as a retrofit service bulletin engineer from 2002 to 2004 and subsequently as team lead and manager of service bulletin engineering. Prior to this, he founded Audiosys Ltd in Hertfordshire, England, in 2000, where he served as owner until 2010. His early career also included positions at the University of Hertfordshire as head of the ENTs crew and as an audio and visual sound engineer and consultant.

A member of several industry-related organizations, Mr. Masson serves on the boards of Delta Engineering and Aircraft Maintenance Company in Singapore. He is very proud of introducing successful products like the "Ascent" business class seat and the "Astrova" in-flight entertainment system, which has become Panasonic's best-selling IFE system, and the launch of 'MAYA' a new industry changing large curved screen for business class, which further exemplifies his innovative approach.

Mr. Masson earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Hertfordshire in 2013 and a Bachelor of Engineering from the same institution in 2002. His foundational studies were completed at Prospect Technology College with coursework in math, physics, design and technology until 1998, which followed a diploma from Churchend Primary Academy in 1991. Additionally, he holds qualifications as a certified rugby coach.

Seeking to graduate college without student debt, Mr. Masson funded his university education in the 1990s by working as a sound and audio-visual engineer. He collaborated with several well-known bands, going on tour with them, which ignited his passion for audio engineering. After completing his degree, he sold his company and transitioned into his aerospace career.
