Under the terms of a fully executed Insertion Order, P2Earn engaged Motive Interactive for advertising services, which were delivered in full and invoiced without objection. Despite Motive's repeated efforts to resolve the matter amicably, P2Earn has failed to meet its financial obligations, citing financial hardship as the reason for non-payment.

The company's board of directors, including CEO Chris Matthew Thomas, Steve McArthur, and Kathrin O'Reilly, all based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, has been formally notified of the delinquency and pending public disclosure.

Per the terms of the governing agreement, Motive Interactive will:
