Mr. Pearce is a distinguished expert in technology with a career spanning several decades. He began his professional journey at IBM from 1967 to 1980, during which time he served as a sales and marketing manager. During his tenure, he was recognized for his exceptional performance, earning accolades such as the Hundred Percent Club and Golden Circle awards. His time at IBM laid the foundation for his future success, particularly in building strong client relationships.

In 1980, Mr. Pearce joined Amdahl Corporation as a regional director and later became a regional vice president. His most notable achievement during this period was managing the EDS accounts, which generated $100 million in revenue in a single year. This accomplishment underscored his ability to foster significant business growth and maintain robust client partnerships. His leadership skills were further acknowledged with the Golden Eagle Award and recognition as the #1 regional director of sales for 13 consecutive years.

Following his time at Amdahl Corporation, Mr. Pearce transitioned to StorageTek in 2003 as a sales manager before joining Sun Microsystems in 2005 as a regional sales manager for storage products. He retired from Sun Microsystems in 2008 after contributing significantly to the company's success. That same year, he founded Pearce Advisory Services, offering advisory services to high-tech and philanthropic organizations. Additionally, he served on the board of directors for Crossroads Systems between 2009 and 2017.

Providing Mr. Pearce with a solid foundation in analytical thinking and problem-solving was his academic background. He earned a Bachelor of Science in mathematics with coursework in business and English from Southern Methodist University in 1965, graduating with honors, followed by a Master of Science in mathematics from Louisiana State University in 1967.

Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Pearce is actively involved in various civic organizations. He has been a member of the Salesmanship Club of Dallas since 1994 and has served on the board of directors for Young Life since 1990. As the leader of the benevolence team at Fellowship Bible Church since 2007 and the vice chair and treasurer at Scofield Memorial Church until 2005, he has demonstrated a commitment to community service and leadership.

Reflecting on his journey, Mr. Pearce attributes much of his success to his supportive family. He believes in creating a meaningful impact for the betterment of both his family and his community.
