From 2023 to 2024, he was the director of commercial and business development for Mexico and Central America, where he played a pivotal role in expanding the company's market presence. Prior to that, he served as the global key accounts director from 2020 to 2023, managing relationships with major clients worldwide. His tenure at Ball Corporation also included roles as a regional commercial director from 2019 to 2020 and regional commercial manager in 2018. Earlier in his career, he was the company's business development manager for Mexico, the Caribbean and Central America from 2017 to 2018 and marketing and customer service manager for Mexico from 2013 to 2017.
As part of his executive tenure at Ball Corporation, Mr. Marin was appointed to serve on the board of directors for a strategic joint venture, where he played a critical role in guiding long-term growth and operational excellence. In this capacity, he contributed to high-level decision-making processes involving capital expenditures, strategic investments, and long-range planning initiatives. His ability to navigate complex business dynamics and align financial priorities with enterprise goals positioned him as a key voice in the boardroom. Mr. Marin's early experience includes an operational excellence project with Procter & Gamble in Guanajuato, Mexico, in 2009 and a similar role with Colgate-Palmolive in 2010. Additionally, as a supplier quality assurance engineer at Brose Fahrzeugteile SE & Co. from 2008 to 2009. Throughout a career spanning nearly two decades, he has been recognized for his expertise in packaging and the beverage industry as well as his outstanding leadership from shop floors to C-suites.

In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Marin was an executive member of the Mexico Area Chamber of Packaging and actively supports various autism organizations in Colorado through volunteer work. His storied contributions to customer service have been acknowledged with awards such as the Blue Chip Award from Rexam PLC (now Ball Corporation) in 2012. He has also excelled in multiple areas outside of his professional life as the winner of a domestic swimming championship as well as a regional speech championship.

Academically, Mr. Marin's earned an MBA in marketing from Universidad Tecmilenio with honors in 2016 and a Bachelor of Engineering in administration from Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2009. To augment his knowledge and qualifications, he has completed the Challenger Sale certification course at Challenger Performance Optimization Inc., an international business program at Helsinki School of Business and finance and administration coursework at Aalto University. Furthermore, he is certified as a Six Sigma green belt.

Born in Hidalgo, Mexico, Mr. Marin attributes much of his success to values instilled by his parents such as honesty, transparency, hard work and resilience.
