Ms. Marshall's career has encompassed multiple industries including software, data center hardware, consumer electronics, biotech, consumer goods, and basic chemicals. She held leadership roles at Logitech from 2010 to 2014, as an operations strategist and delivering global strategic programs. She cut her leadership teeth in the hardware/software arena at Sun Microsystems, where she held various leadership positions from 2000 to 2010, including worldwide supply chain transformation programs lead, product life cycle lead, and multiple director positions including data management, business intelligence, PMO, business readiness, and change management. Earlier in her career, Ms. Marshall was the director of consumable products operations at Bio-Rad Laboratories Inc. from 1994 to 2000.

In addition to her corporate roles, Ms. Marshall has served as chief operating officer at Shoebox Studio. Her extensive experience across diverse industries has equipped her with a unique ability to navigate complex challenges with a people-first approach.

Ms. Marshall's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from South Dakota Mines in 1985 and a Master of Business Administration in business from the University of San Francisco in 1996. Beyond her professional endeavors, Ms. Marshall is deeply committed to community leadership and mentorship.
