As the small business owner of Beawit Consulting LLC, he has dedicated the past seven years to providing managed IT support services. His daily responsibilities are diverse and dynamic, involving customer correspondence, remote client sessions and on-site troubleshooting. He meticulously manages his schedule and oversees inventory and equipment management to ensure efficient client service. Recognizing the demands of entrepreneurship, he delegates financial management tasks to external service providers. Initially inspired by his father to found his own company, Mr. Beasley has not looked back since founding his firm in 2017.

Mr. Beasley's career began in 1999 as a help desk and technical support representative at MKS Technology, where he honed his skills in customer service and technical troubleshooting. In 2001, he transitioned to Selectron as a desktop support and PC technician, before spending the next three years as an IT consultant for TekSystems at Southwest Airlines, where he gained valuable experience in large-scale IT operations.

In 2006, Mr. Beasley worked as a field service technician for Ann Taylor, Payless and Dicks Sporting Goods before joining GTS Services as a field technician in 2007. That same year, he also took on the role of PC deployment technician at Lockheed Martin. His career continued to progress with positions at Pomeoy I.T. Solutions as a site field engineer from 2008 to 2009 and Advanced Technology Services as a field service representative II for the following two years. Prior to founding his own business, he was a field technician at Kiewit Corporation from 2010 to 2017.

Mr. Beasley's educational background includes an Associate of Science in computer networking systems technology from Remington College in 2002. He holds several certifications that have bolstered his expertise, such as CCENT from Cisco and Network+ and A+ from CompTIA.

Throughout his career, Mr. Beasley has been guided by two pieces of advice that have shaped his approach to challenges: taking things one step at a time and never giving up despite setbacks. These principles have been pivotal in his success, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic when he sustained his business by providing essential IT services for remote work, including installing internet circuits and troubleshooting conferencing connections for individuals working from home.

Mr. Beasley's contributions to the industry have been recognized with several awards, including the Best in Technical Service Award from the Vancouver Award Program for three consecutive years and the Best of Vancouver Award in 2022. Additionally, he received the Client Focus award from Kiewit in 2014. Beyond his professional achievements, he is actively involved in civic work with the YMCA and the Black History Museum.

Outside of his career, Mr. Beasley enjoys hiking, photography and taking drives through the mountains with his teenage son. He is committed to building a legacy for his son by demonstrating positive actions that benefit both their family and the community. Recently transitioning from an LLC to an S corporation, he is focused on expanding his business by hiring employees, scaling operations and fostering meaningful connections within his network.
