Prior to his current role, Mr. Chamberland served as senior vice president of product and partnerships from 2021 to 2024, during which time he significantly scaled Hallmark's operations and forged high-impact collaborations. His entrepreneurial drive, shaped by a family legacy of business ownership, led him to launch Workforce Transformation and Consulting (WTC) in 2018 under a Mitsui USA brand. Just one month after founding WTC, he successfully deployed 275 nurses to support Mayo Clinic's electronic medical records (EMR) transition—an achievement that gained industry recognition.

Throughout his career, Mr. Chamberland has demonstrated calm leadership in high-stakes situations. In 2014, he supported efforts at Bellevue Hospital when his vendor partnerships rapidly deployed a team to care for Dr. Craig Spencer, New York's first Ebola patient. He has since guided numerous partnership response initiatives, including pandemic staffing operations, EMR conversions, strike contingencies, and strategic forums uniting major staffing firms and health systems over the years.

Earlier roles include serving as regional director and senior market manager at Vizient Inc., director of career services at Corinthian Colleges, and senior account manager at Medical Staffing Network. His groundbreaking work at WTC earned him a spot on Staffing Industry Analysts' "40 Under 40" list in 2020, highlighting his innovation within the healthcare workforce space.

Mr. Chamberland holds a bachelor's degree in business management with a focus in human resources from Cambridge College, and an associate's degree in business administration from Middlesex Community College. He credits much of his success to his ability to adapt through adversity, and to the mentorship of several influential women executives who helped shape his leadership philosophy.

Outside of work, Mr. Chamberland finds joy in spending time with his son—a firefighter and paramedic—as they continue a shared family tradition of service. His personal interests include fishing, kayaking, hiking, and capturing the beauty of New England through photography.
