His tenure also included serving as in-house counsel at CHSPM from 2012 to 2015, as a PAE at LexisNexis Matthew Bender between 2001 and 2012, and as a senior adjunct fellow at the Hudson Institute from 1998 to 2002. In preparation for his legal career, Mr. Fink obtained a bachelor's degree from New York University in 1992 and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1995. His academic achievements were recognized with several scholarships and awards, including the Albert Gallatin Scholarship, the Helbein Scholarship, the Westlake Foundation Scholarship and the Founder's Day Award. He was also distinguished among the top 10% of his class at law school, graduating with cum laude honors. In addition to his formal education, he was admitted to practice by the New York State Bar and in the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
