Mr. LaVe is the co-founder and managing member of Precision Precast Erectors LLC, a company he established in 2008. Over the past 17 years, he has been instrumental in growing the business from its inception during a recession to achieving approximately $17 million in sales. His role involves training the next generation of leaders, working closely with his operations leader to impart leadership and technical skills necessary for running a multi-million dollar company, and collaborating with the sales and marketing leader to enhance their understanding of managing marketing and sales operations. Additionally, he oversees the company's finances with an outsourced office management firm. His expertise in planning and managing multiple complex building constructions simultaneously has been a significant factor in his success.

Before founding Precision Precast Erectors, Mr. LaVe owned Northwest Venture Marketing in 2007, where he worked on various marketing projects. His entrepreneurial spirit was evident early on when he started a small private business and owned a furniture shop specializing in custom high-end furniture. Prior to these ventures, he gained valuable experience as a union ironworker beginning in 1995, which laid the foundation for his later achievements in the construction industry.

After high school, Mr. LaVe honed his skills through the Ironworker Apprenticeship Program, becoming a certified ironworker. His commitment to continuous learning is reflected in his certification as a coach with USA Lacrosse and as a certified responsible management individual across several states, including Washington, Oregon, California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming and Colorado. He attributes much of his success to humility, which has allowed him to recognize his weaknesses and seek assistance when needed.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mr. LaVe is actively involved in civic and charitable activities. He is a member of Immaculate Conception Church in Post Falls, Idaho, and volunteers to establish church and school lacrosse programs. As a donor, he supports Catholic Charities, monasteries, convents, seminaries, various orphanages in India, the American Heart Association Inc., the Wounded Warrior Project and Paralyzed Veterans of America.

He also received a letter of commendation from the Idaho Department of Commerce and numerous awards for various projects undertaken by Precision Precast Erectors.

Outside of his career, Mr. LaVe enjoys spending time with his family, which includes his spouse and their six sons. In his leisure time, he pursues interests such as photography, golfing, sailing and practicing ancient scripts. Looking ahead, he hopes to serve in the U.S. Senate, as he believes that proactive involvement is essential to counteract negative actions affecting the country.
