Prior to founding K Square Law, Mr. Moore was a partner at Ropes & Gray LLP from 1985 to 2011, where he honed his skills in corporate law and played a pivotal role in the firm's success. His tenure at Ropes & Gray began as an associate from 1976 to 1985, laying the foundation for his future accomplishments. Mr. Moore served as counsel for the Whitehead Institute from 1981 to 2013. In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Moore has been actively involved in various educational and civic organizations. He served as a board member and treasurer for the Lexington Montessori School from 2004 to 2009, demonstrating his commitment to education and community service. Additionally, he is affiliated with Sigma Xi and the Winchester Country Club in Massachusetts.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Moore has contributed to academia as an adjunct professor at the University of New Hampshire School of Law (formerly the Franklin Pierce Law Center) in 2014. His involvement in education underscores his dedication to nurturing future generations of legal professionals.

Mr. Moore's personal interests include skiing, golfing, scuba diving, reading, travel, attending the opera and spending time with friends.
