Later he joined as a Business Analysis in Infosys Technologies Limited, where he served as a senior consultant from 1999 to 2003. His role involved extensive travel and global assignments, which enriched his understanding of international business environments. Afterward, he held various positions at prominent companies such as IBM India and iGate Global Solutions, where he honed his expertise in quality management and process improvement. In 2016, LN co-founded Adaptive US Inc., serving as the program leader for IIBA certifications. Under his leadership, the company has become a global leader in business analyst training.

Throughout his career, Mr. Mishra has achieved numerous milestones that underscore his commitment to business analysis. He is the first business analyst worldwide to attain all 7 certifications offered by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), including the certified business analysis professional and Agile analysis certifications. His contributions to global business analysis standards are significant, having participated in IIBA's standards writing and review teams and exam question-setting team. Additionally, he has authored 20 books on business analysis and delivered over 500 workshops, impacting thousands of professionals worldwide.

Mr. Mishra's dedication extends beyond his professional endeavors into civic involvement. As a volunteer and trainer for IIBA since 2015, he has contributed to multiple initiatives promoting business analysis. His efforts have been recognized with awards such as the "Business Analyst to Watch" by IIBA Canada in 2021 and accolades for Adaptive US Inc., including the Globee Awards Gold Winner for Best Remote Work Culture.

In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Mishra is an accomplished author with several publications focused on business and IT analysis. His book, "Stories for Trainers," uses storytelling as an educational tool, drawing from his extensive experience to engage students effectively. Furthermore, he has created over 1,200 practical templates for business analysis projects, providing invaluable resources for professionals in the field.

On a personal note, Mr. Mishra enjoys movies, music, meditation and cricket.
