Since 2018, Mr. Ulrich has been instrumental in guiding the company's rapid, transformational growth through acquisition by spearheading seamless financial, systems, and reporting integration of nearly thirty acquisitions. Mr. Ulrich's contributions expanded the company's reach across more than twenty states, growing to become the fourth-largest propane retailer in the United States. Mr. Ulrich's leadership was crucial in integrating diverse systems, geographies, cultures, and attitudes while addressing the challenges faced by employees of acquired organizations.

In addition to his corporate role, Mr. Ulrich is active in higher education as an adjunct professor in the Executive Master of Business Administration program with the Saunders College of Business at Rochester Institute of Technology. Prior to his time at Superior Plus Energy Services, Mr. Ulrich served as the director of finance at IEC Electronics Corp. in Newark, New York, and accounting manager at Summit Lubricants Inc. in Batavia, New York, a subsidiary of Quaker Chemical Corporation. At both stops, Mr. Ulrich established top-performing finance functions, which enhanced management decision-making, saved capital, and reduced costs. Mr. Ulrich also served as operations manager at Summit Lubricants Inc. where, following a thorough review of processes, he implemented changes to dramatically improve asset utilization, leading to optimized business operations, greater customer satisfaction, and improved financial performance.

Mr. Ulrich's dedication extends beyond his professional endeavors into civic engagement. Mr. Ulrich has held various oversight and governance positions on non-profit boards over the years. He is currently vice chair of Empowering People's Independence, an organization that provides care and support to individuals with disabilities. He has served on its Board of Directors since 2017.

Mr. Ulrich earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from St. John Fisher University, graduating summa cum laude. He also completed an Executive Master of Business Administration at Rochester Institute of Technology, where he graduated at the top of his class. Mr. Ulrich is a member of the exclusive Beta Gamma Sigma honor society, which recognizes exceptional academic achievement at the world's top business programs.
