As the director of the intralogistics group at Monoflo International Inc. since 2015, he manages a team of salespeople dedicated to expanding the company's presence in the interlogistics sector. His expertise in the design, development and implementation of returnable plastic systems such as pallets, bulk boxes, totes and bins has been vital to his and Monoflo's success.

Prior to reaching his current role at Monoflo, Mr. Williams served as the director of automated systems for material handling from 2013 to 2015, during which he acted as a liaison for all of the company's product sales groups for reusable containers. From 2012 to 2014, he was the director of business development, working directly with the senior vice president to drive growth and innovation within the company. He also spent a year as the director of new business development for meat and protein products at Tosca Ltd. and a decade as the national sales manager of Norseman Plastics Ltd. from 1997 to 2007. During this time, he built up a portfolio of regional and national accounts that included Wal-Mart, Pepsi, Coca-Cola and Tyson and achieved a remarkable total sales growth of 1,100 percent.

Mr. Williams' storied career began with Sooner Fabricating & Sales Co. Inc., which he co-founded and served as the chief executive officer from 1977 to 1995. His role, which involved overseeing the manufacturing of material handling and distribution systems within the food processing industry, allowed him to develop a deep understanding of business management and operational efficiency. His natural mechanical ability, fostered by his father's teachings as an automotive mechanic, played an equally crucial role in his professional journey. Despite having no formal engineering training, he acquired valuable knowledge through collaborations with skilled engineers, technical experts and attorneys dealing in contracts.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mr. Williams has been a member of the Logistics Committee of the American Bakers Association since 2000 as well as the Reusable Packaging Association. Further solidifying his credentials, he was certified in management and administration by CFS Management Training in 2007.

Also known for his contributions as a civic-minded citizen, Mr. Williams was a Bible school teacher at Northside Christian Church from 2001 to 2013 and has taught adult Sunday school for 25 years. His Christian faith is a significant part of his life, underscoring his commitment to community service and personal growth.

On a personal note, Mr. Williams is a proud father of five children and enjoys watching football, particularly as an avid fan of college football and the Oklahoma Sooners. In the coming years, he aspires to help Monoflo International achieve an additional $50 million in sales within his segment before retiring.
