From 2019 to 2020, Mr. Subramanian served as managing director of advisory services at Sayva Solutions. For the preceding year, he was a partner in governance, risk and compliance at RGP in 2018 after serving the same firm as a director of risk advisory and client service for two years. He also contributed as a senior manager of internal audits and an internal audit consultant at Illumina. His early career included several managerial positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Century Bank and Boston Private Bank after beginning his career as a supervisor at RSM McGladrey Inc. from 2006 to 2012.

Serving as a foundation for her professional success, Mr. Subramanian earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business in 2003 and a bachelor's degree from Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning in India. Complementing his classroom education, he holds several certifications that underscore his expertise, such as an ERM Fellow designation from North Carolina State University and a certification in risk management assurance from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc. He also boasts numerous other credentials in auditing, accounting and information systems from recognized professional bodies.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mr. Subramanian is actively involved in civic organizations as a volunteer for the Special Olympics. Outside of work, he enjoys playing tennis, participating in Indian cultural activities and spending time with his family, including his three children.
