She began her professional journey in 1999 at Veritas Technologies LLC, where she was a principal business systems analyst until transitioning to a project manager role in 2003. At Veritas, she helped coordinate a program called EHR Champions, which involved attending a week-long summit with representatives from Japan. She played a key role in this initiative, furthering her team's excellent reputation within the company.

Ms. Hofing's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on management from Notre Dame de Namur University, where she graduated magna cum laude in 2001. Her education laid the foundation for her success.
