Dr. Beck, a distinguished figure in psychology, counseling and academia, dedicated his long and diverse career to academic and clinical excellence until retirement in 2016. Dr. Beck's dedication to community service has been recognized with multiple awards, including the Top Leadership Award from the Harrisburg Jewish Community.
