BENTONVILLE, AR, June 11, 2025 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Noyle A. Christopher has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Mr. Christopher is a seasoned professional with two decades of experience in data science. Currently, he holds the position of senior director of data analytics at Walmart Real Estate, Walmart Inc., where he has been instrumental in overseeing data applications that enable Walmart Realty to make fast and scalable data-driven decisions. His role involves leading a centralized organization responsible for developing solutions to enhance operational efficiency using data. Mr. Christopher manages a team of 16 individuals who provide comprehensive data and analytics support for all real estate operations.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Christopher served as the senior vice president of data science and analytics at The Mars Agency (Mars Advertising Inc.) from 2022 to 2023, where he was responsible for the development and deployment of data science and analytics products and services. Notably, he played a crucial role in building a predictive media mix application that contributed to the agency's technology growth and later acquisition in 2024.

From 2016 to 2020, Mr. Christopher served in several capacities at Walmart Global Technology. During this period, he defined and executed the data analytic vision and strategy to support the digital transformation of real estate, energy, manufacturing and fuel. In 2020, he was promoted to senior director of software engineering, supporting data engineering and machine learning while leading a 40-member global product organization tasked with the development and implementation of data science solutions.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Christopher held a series of progressive roles at Ansira. He joined the company as a data science manager in 2006, advancing to director in 2009 and vice president in 2014. As the director of data science, he oversaw the development of custom marketing science solutions for clients using optimization and predictive modeling techniques to uncover patterns and behaviors that enabled insightful marketing decisions. In his vice president role, he led a team of analysts and data scientists charged with developing data science strategies and applications that facilitated profitable decisions and actions for his Fortune 500 clients.

Mr. Christopher began his career in 2005 as a data science consultant at KBM Group. There, he developed predictive analytics solutions for clients and delivered analytic recommendations to diverse audiences, ensuring content was easily understood and actionable.

Mr. Christopher earned a Master of Science in applied economics from the University of North Texas in 2001 and a bachelor's degree in business and business administration with a concentration in economics from Midwestern State University in 2000.

Mr. Christopher's expertise is reflected in two machine learning technologies he developed, both of which have been granted US patents. The first is an automated machine learning solution that supports lifecycle management for retailers, and the second is an automated scheduling application for service providers that optimizes scheduling based on skill level, drive time and drive distance. Although these are impressive accomplishments, Mr. Christopher cites his dedication to people and being a servant leader as his most notable achievement. He believes that building great teams is the key to corporate success.

Mr. Christopher attributes his success to intrinsic motivation and continuous learning. Growing up in a modest household in Grenada, he learned early that hard work and education were essential for achieving success. His mom, Lorna Christopher, instilled these values in him, and he is now passing them on to his son, emphasizing that hard work and education are crucial for achieving success.

In his personal life, Mr. Christopher enjoys spending time with his family outdoors, reading, coaching soccer, kayaking and fishing. Looking ahead, he aspires to establish a technology consultancy focused on assisting developing countries with data and artificial intelligence solutions. Having grown up in a developing nation in the Caribbean, he is aware of the region's limited access to technology, AI and data resources and aims to develop this consultancy to benefit not only his native country but also other developing nations in Latin America, Africa and the Caribbean.
