Mr. Slagle has carved a distinguished career in business development and sales, currently serving as the manager of business development at Minitab covering the US and EMEA territories. Since joining the company in 2025, he has been instrumental in developing an outbound program aimed at expanding the company's reach. His efforts have already resulted in increasing the number of representatives from five to 12 in the U.S. with plans to help create a foundation of success globally. His strategic approach involves identifying potential companies who may not initially express interest and addressing their needs to bring them into Minitab's fold.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Slagle was a senior manager for the ADR mid-market outbound team at Avalara from 2024 to 2025, during which time he honed his skills in outbound sales strategies. Previously, he served as a manager for the same team from 2022 until 2024. His tenure at Avalara was marked by significant growth in team size and performance, setting a precedent for his future endeavors at Minitab.

Between 2016 and 2022, Mr. Slagle held various roles at ADP, where he began his career. Starting as a licensed insurance producer specializing in workers' compensation, he quickly advanced to associate sales executive and then to sales executive, managing teams that partnered with multiple channels at ADP. His exceptional performance earned him multiple accolades, including several President's Club qualifications and top producer awards — achievements that underscore his expertise in generating interest and setting up successful sales meetings.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mr. Slagle is deeply committed to civic engagement. He has actively participated as a volunteer dog runner at the Sanctuary at Haafsville since 2022. His dedication also extends to cooking for Victory House of Lehigh Valley, supporting homeless veterans and men since 2024, and coaching junior varsity basketball at Liberty High School in Bethlehem, PA since 2023.

Forging the path for Mr. Slagle's achievements have been his educational background and professional credentials. In 2014, he earned a Bachelor of Science in early childhood education from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, which was later complemented by accreditations such as a life coaching certification from the Jay Shetty Certification School in 2024 and a Pennsylvania teaching certification in 2014.
